Greystones

We met Lorraine after she had been living in the house for a while, it was already a beautiful unique 1913 property but she was keen to give it ‘another 100 years of life’ so it was to get a new roof, new windows and a complete overhaul inside. She was also looking for help with the layout to suit a more contemporary way of life with the kitchen at the social heart of the home. The house was large so we balanced creating distinct individual atmospheres with a broader concept for the look and feel of the house. We used a mixture of antique, contemporary and deco patterns, accessories and furniture - with a palette centred on black, soft greys, camel and cream accented with peacock blue, emerald green, pimiento and shell pink.
